To reserve a hall, you must complete the online form available on the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion website.
The City of Vaudreuil-Dorion offers several rooms for one-time rental that can meet your needs for your small or large-scale activities*.
- Deadline for online reservations: August 31, 2026 for all halls, except the Normand-Desjardins Pavilion (May 16, 2026)
- Minimum delay to make a reservation online: 2 weeks

* No recurring rentals possible for all rooms for citizens and private companies.
** If your search indicates "No items to show", this means that no rooms are available for the selected date.
RENTAL – HOLIDAY SEASON: Available at the Pavillon de Bel-Air and Pavillon Normand-Desjardins only. Residents interested in reserving a room to organize a family celebration between December 23 and 31, 2026 as well as January 1 and 2, 2027 must do so before October 1, 2026 at noon by completing the online form. Rooms will be allocated by random draw. After October 15, 2026 it will be possible to check availability online and submit a request by completing the form provided for this purpose. A 30% surcharge applies during the holiday season.

Online reservations for outdoor tennis and pickleball courts
The outdoor tennis and pickleball courts can be reserved from April 28th to November 1st, 2025.
For Vaudreuil-Dorion residents only.
One reservation per day per person.
Same-day or next-day reservations are available.
